Garance Marillier

Biography:
Garance Marillier is a French actress, she is best known for her lead role in Raw (2016). Marillier began her acting career in 2011 in the short movie Junior (2011) by Julia Ducournau. She also appeared in the short movie Ce n'est pas un film de cow-boys (2012). She was a musician before turning to acting, and learned the trombone and classical percussion at the conservatory of the 11th arrondissement.
In 2018 Marillier was nominated for an César Awards for Most Promising Actress to her work in Raw (2016).
She also starred in the TV miniseries Ad Vitam (2018), Pompéi (2019), Madame Claude (2021), and Marinette (2023).
Marillier worked again with Ducournau in a minor role in the 2021 Palme d'Or winner Titane (2021).
